<center>There were four country churches in

a small TEXAS town: The Presbyterian

Church , the Baptist Church, the Methodist

Church and the Catholic Church.

Each church was overrun with pesky (RED) squirrels.

One day, the Presbyterian Church called

a meeting to decide what to do about the

squirrels. After much prayer and

consideration they determined that the

squirrels were predestined to be there

and they shouldn't interfere with God's

divine will.

In the METHODIST CHURCH
the squirrels had

taken up habitation in the baptistery Bowl.

The deacons met and decided to put a

cover on the baptistery bowl

and drown the squirrels in it. The squirrels escaped

somehow and there were twice as

many there the next week.

The Catholic group got together and

decided that they were not in a position

to harm any of God's creation. So, they

humanely trapped the squirrels and set

them free a few miles outside of town.

Three days later, the squirrels were

back.

But -- the BAPTIST CHURCH came up

with the best and most effective solution.

They baptized the squirrels and registered

them as members of the church. Now they

only see them on Christmas and Easter
.

its the different thoughts of how to treat things by the different churches.

and i think it is wrong.

why because i offerd some of my art work to the the different churches

heres what happened.

1 baptist. offered to two different churches.

both said is it mony? i said no its like mony. as i painted it.

they said they could only auction them if they were real mony's.

? sounds like they wanted mony's to get money? as the baptist seem to want money and nothing else.? true fact that is just what i did and what they said.

2. Presbyterian this church was not even there on saturday? we use to go and mow the yards on saturday for it to look nice on sunday? they did not even do that?

so nobody there seen what i had to offer them.

3.
METHODIST

this church said that the art work was good but that it was too scarie for his church members. i had shown them a pencil drawing of the two path ways wide and easy and narrow uphill rough to travel on.
had a shadow figure of a man waving at you standing in the middle of the smooth and wide and had a hand reaching out to you from the narrow path..

and that was too scary?

4.
Catholic

sent them a painting that i did of the lord god our father. not jesus but god. it was just pure white in a glowing shape of a man outlined in gold and silver.

got a personel letter back from the church in nyc and it said thank you very much for the painting i have it hanging in my office for all to see, i am sure it will help some to see it.

that is the fact of what i did and who said what. i am not lying and can prove it to you.

go to nyc and to the norman vincet peale center for christian living, because i sent the paint to mrs norman vincet peale at that location.

while there stop and talk about the lord with them it could change your life. B)

 SIGH------------------------

It's a play on words of the different beliefs of the different Churchs & an analogy to the fact that so called 'Christians'-for the most part- only attend Church twice a year. :biglaugh:

Ya, never really did get that one. Aren't you supposed to go on Sunday 'cause it's the day of rest? Then again, on the other hand, you still have to get up to go to church so you aren't really resting, r ya? :P

Catholics, of course are mandated to go to Church every Sunday.

The Priest usually goes outside after Mass & greets people.

My parents went to a wedding about a month ago and some man walked up to the Preist after Mass & said " That was a good sermon Father--see you next Easter"

LOL

I still don't get it. Seems a bit stupid. Just as stupid as all these religions not getting along over something as STUPID as personal beliefs. Hey, aren't Christians suppose to be taught to love thy neighbor or some stupid crap like that?

Wow, they aren't very loving people.

Is it obvious yet that I hate hardcore bible-thumping Christians?
