Taking over the takian empire!

Some may have noticed some patterns in my destructive matters. I am slowly taking over the takian empire to reclaim land. Those who want to concker their fears may join! Only 10,000 ICs per bomb, and risk of a huge fine, but it's all good.

I'll help you with that, I just did 120 bombs on a 5X5 tile and got caught though, only got fined 5500 IC's...not much really.
I'm slowly making a Water Empire.
2,9 is my target.

Yeah if you get caught before the fine is not too bad, but if you get caught after it's BAD! well it's based on how much total ICs you have. The worse case senario is getting fined the amount you have + half of it.
