OSI Patch 6.0.1.9

Some have reported issues with it but I seem fine with it using my GM and regular char. So I suggest everyone to backup 6.0.1.8 and update to 6.0.1.9 and report any issues you may have. But think it's fine. The reported issue was getting stuck at verifying account.
