I now made it possible to cash stocks even if the issuer does not have enough cash. In this case the goverment will supply the cash, even if the goverment does not have enough.

So hurry up and cash those huge stocks, especially the Enron ones as they'll drasticly drop after a large chunk is cashed.

Also, this is not related to the stock market, but I made it so you can only steal if you have over -1000 ICs so that way you can't open a dummy account and keep robbing your own bank. *caugh* Drathco.

Also remember to always update stocks (click on date to update) before cashing them, as the stocks don't update in real time. They only update when cashed or bought, and when you click that link. So any financial activity in between won't change the value shown.
