Firefox irritates me for a variety of reasons.
I stumbled upon this browser Maxthon
It's based on myIE2
Yes it runs off of Internet Explore but it's at least twice as fast as FireFox to load and display
And it has a gazillion options-it even tells you when a web page has an rss feed available.
And Roboform works in it.
I LIKE IT!

YES-
That's the one.
I'm just discovering some of the stuff on here including that side panel which is really cool.
I don't know why everyone thinks FireFox is so good-this puts it to shame.
BTW----------I never said we didn't get along-I have nothing against you-I was just screwing with your mind.

The main reason is that firefox uses Gecko rendering engine, so it actually renders pages according to W3C standards unlike IE. It's why lot of stuff on this site renders bad on IE, but if you look at the code there is nothing wrong with it.
Ex: the shout box does not work in IE, the iframe gets ingored (only in some versions) and the top header the titles have random return sequences applied even though there is no
tag there. Lot of issues like that with IE and sites with complex coding.

all the stuff is working in this computers copy of ie. i just got out of the maxthon one to check what you said did not work?
i can not understand what it is that everyone is yelling about with ie? as it works on my computers i even checked it on the old win98 computer the other day and allworked there too.
maybe it is a canadain computer hardware problem? not sure but why would i have a working IE version i do not work for ms, and i can not program i just install and use.
unless it is one of the tweaks i did in the "xteq set up" program that makes this work?
