how do i do this

i have my own avatar how would i get it on here. when i go to controls it says to enter a url well my avatar is on my hard drive. is there anyway to get it on here

Upload a new image from your computer

you should see that line right below the other line.

click edit your avitar link on the left when you fisrt go to your control panel.

As a new member you can't upload but eventually you get to be able to.

is it based on how many post you have or something. i am guessing you have to have a certain number before you can select an avatar

Yeah you can hotlink one off a host, but to upload you need a 25 posts. Once you hit 25 you fall in the "members" group and get more priviliges like bigger uploads, etc.
