If you have a skill set down but yet it keeps saying you don't, ensure you do not have a skill that is set to 0 pointed down. Also, the skill pointed down must have enough points for the deed, it will not grab from multiple skills, but rather the first one it finds.
So let's say you're at the cap and have two skills at 10 pointed down and try to use a +20 deed it will not work. You need to have a skill at 20 or more pointed down.
Eventually I will recode these to be less fussy.
