Hi all i have decided to make an ice teks winamp modern and classic skin. Does anybody know how else to make skins besides me?

the classic is easy its the modern that messes me up?
there is a tutorial at the winamp forum on making skins. but i am not good at it. just fair on the old classic skins.

go get my Jungle Monkey skin it is a classic one you can then look at all i did on it.

and see what is going to take you time. it took me 20 hours or more to make all the graphics for the classic style of skin.

No pressure eh? hmmm... since im not to good with graphics i was wondering if someone could draw these up for me (and please make them look Ice teks) I just do the codeing. here is a list.

I love graphics. But....

I've never skinned anything besides a few buttons for forums and such.

I don't know what you want me to do. JUST make the graphics you specified? What format? Anything particular?

So it all in a .PNG format and i dont care what or how you do it BUT... the symbols on the buttons (play, pause stop next back) have to be visable to some point. Other then that go crazy!

ive made a few classic skins for winamp also but lost em when pc had to be formated and none of em were backed up i want my evo VII skin back

also lost my paint programs and my winamp vanished into thin air

anyways thats a good idea with the skins cuz if you put em on the winamp site its like free advertising

You don't have a second partition, or a network drive?

Main rule of thumb, never store data on your C drive, always store it on a secondary partition, or network drive. (or both, you can sync them in case the drive fails).

when i finish all my skins im working on im putting them on a backup disk.

yes i will code it and what do you mean by how the hell would you do it... You make it in a panit program also you have to start out with a transparent background for the main window.

Sorry i took a while no i dont care how its shaped its up to you, don't worry about the song and time i code it in just make sure there is a area for a visulization and song name and time left in the song.

and how do i make the images? there are not any instructions for us to know what to do?

i have been asked to try and change one of my winamp skins in to a modern one but i cant do it until i get step by step instructions please give me some step by steps.

i am an old cogger and i have ta forgot somethun' when i learn new stuff as my ram is getting used and my hard memory storage is getting full. thar ain't no raid card slots ta plug in any new hard memory storage uints don't ya know'd.

and hard storage speed is 800 spm ( signal's per milli second)

in other non geeky words

my brain is gettin' old so be kinder and give me some step by step instructions
