I just noticed we can't view profiles. I had this exact same problem on my LAN server. It's really stupid, have no clue why it F#$@cks up like that, and only way to fix it is to reinstall linux, and well, I don't run this server.

So It's either we upgrade to phpbb, or wait till squirrelBBS is mature enough, and I don't have time to work on it anymore, not until I go back to college anyway. But I can maybe come up with a temporary solution, but this is a problem that just suddently happened and it was not in my plans to fix this, so it will go down in priority.

Hmmm I think this is a php5 issue, when I had this problem on my server, it was running php5 and to switch to debian I had to switch to php4 since 5 was not available for debian, so that's why it works.

I'll have to look at the script and see if I can fix it. but IPB's code is not the pretiest to work with.

My web host gave me a fix for it, but my ftp client is being a little twit with me again and not letting me upload anything, so I could not upload the userCP.php file so now profiles can't be edited, but I did successfully upload the profile.php script so viewing profiles is fixed.

Turns out the ftp issue is disk space related, we have over 2GB and our cap is 2GB, so I got it raised to 3GB. I still need him to charge me lol, have not paid hosting for like a few years, it's always "don't worry I'll let you know later" Mind you, this free hosting is great, and beats any hosts I've dealt with.
