0-50 milliamps hurts
51-100 milliamps hurts like heck
101-500 milliamps will send ya to the hospital
501+ milliamps will send ya 6 feet under

Yep like they say. Voltage plays somewhat a role in pain as well, but amps are what kill you in most cases. Well unless it's like 1,000,000 volts then chances are you're fried. Static electricity is a different story though. 1,000,000 volts is actually a typical shock where you see a blue spark. (or is it higher?)

Even with 1 million volts it is still the current that kills you. Remember that voltage equals current multipled by resistance so assuming that resistance (your body) remains constant pushing up the voltage also pushes up the current.

it is for evey 10,000 volts electrocty jumps like 1 cm (.33 inches)
