You'd think the REAL tech support would avoid this but from the looks of it, it's been there for a while. :lol:

It has come to our attention that many of our products suffer from various problems, including failure to read either CD or DVD media (or both!), ceasing to function after a firmware upgrade (usually after we release a faulty firmware) and various other problems.

As we hate to hear that any of our customers are unhappy with LiteoIT products, we have decided to do the following to rectify the problems:



We will make sure that nobody can contact us via email or problem report features, and then we will carefully stick our fingers in our ears and sing "la la la la la" very loudly so we can truthfully say we haven't heard any more complaints.
