Masterpiece Items

Coming soon to a Sosaria city near you!
Masterpiece items are rather special. At high crafting skill, there's a chance that one of the weapons you craft will become a masterpiece (Can be bows, swords, nunchucks, etc). Masterpiece items do not spawn with any special stats, but are valuable indeed. A masterpiece weapon allows you to create that weapon with your own stats.
Around the world you will find resources (Common ones can be found on monsters while rarer ones can be found on peerless/bosses or tougher monsters). These resources will have a "masterpiece bonus" tag attached to them. You take these resources and target a masterpiece weapon. That weapon will then gain a bonus from that resource (Bonuses such as Swing speed increase, damage increase will be shown on the resource). Each masterpiece item has a set amount of points on it that can be used to add properties to the weapon. Say you use a crystal of swing speed increase +1 on the weapon, the available points will go down one but the weapon will gain +1% swing speed increase.
Caps will still apply to these weapons (Such as max hit spell caps and no more than mr 2 on a weapon) but it allows you full control over your weapon. If you don't want it to have hit area, don't put it on. If you want it to have MR, put it on. Some properties will cost more points than others as well. For example, adding Mana regeneration to it may cost 10 points while adding +1% Damage increase will only cost 1 point.
