Bluescreen cycles between different Blue Screens and
simulated boots every 15 seconds or so. Virtually all
the information shown on Bluescreen's BSOD and system
start screen is obtained from your system
configuration - its accuracy will fool even advanced
NT developers. For example, the NT build number,
processor revision, loaded drivers and addresses, disk
drive characteristics, and memory size are all taken
from the system Bluescreen is running on.
hey red squirrel, i recieved the BSOD the other nit when i downloaded CDex from the download section on this board..... after the download i tried to open it and
got the blue screen........ i restored my pc and ran cleaners on it and its ok...... but u might wanna take that link of.......steve B)

Hmm odd, what OS are you using?

I just split the topic and made it a seperate one since even though it had to do with BSO the other topic was for a joke one, not a real one :P

Oh and welcome to the forum.

I used CDex all the time, and I haven't had any trouble. Perhaps if you could give us a bit more information, we could figure out what went wrong.

My gut wants to say it's a driver problem. Do you remember at all what was written on the blue screen?

you might want to check this thread if you run win98SE

or this thread if you run WinXP
