Just curious if anyone else has been having problems connecting to msn lately. Even after saying yes to the update, it's doing it so I'm thinking it's a problem at their end but just wondering if anyone else has problems or not. Hmm it's not often I post here asking for help.

Messenger has been having trouble lately. I was able to get to MSN and Hotmail but couldn't sign in to Instant Messenger.

I'm ALIVE. HA!
Apparently MSN has been having problems at thier end for a while now... tonight seems really bad. It's pretty bad when AIM and ICQ are staying more stable than MSN. HOP TO IT MICROSOFT.

ms put out a notice on their msn site when you try to log in to msn messager the other day.
it said new messanger availble do you want to get it.
"if no then you wont beable to access your netframe account. and your hotmail is accessed by your netframe password. "
so you better get the new messager if you use it.
i am not sure if hotmail will still work if you dont get the messager ? as i got the new messager
it seems that ms found a secruity hole in msn messager but the hole was small and buried deep in the code that they thought it would take a highly skilled hacker to find it and then figure out how to use it. so they were advising people up date msn messager by a certin time like next month. but then some joker at a company that found the hole and told msn about it. was upset that ms had found the hole first. so he published the details for the security hole online.
thus making ms. stop use of msn messager unless you upgrade it.
there is always some joker in the crowed

W32.Bropia.N exploit this security hole by sending a link to all of your msn list in the following format :
watch this [link]
So... watch out, and don't open ms-dos applications that msn send you.
I found out about this because a french friend of mine sent me this. Since he is french... anyway, watch out

I stil have not been able to connect for like a week. What's their server's IP anyway I'll check if I can even access it from here. (Use netstat or a packet sniffer to check)
