Added new rob-bank feature

It's way more sophisticated and will adapt as we manufacture more items.
It goes by item category. For example, you have more chance of getting in with a military item, then with a food item, and misc items can't be used. You can also use your "bare hands" but that's like a 1% chance, but it's possible.
So for example let's say you use a miltary item which has 85% chance of getting in, then you get in, but you also need to defeat security. Bank owners can now buy security (very expensive, but may be worth it!) so the item has to have more HP then the bank's security. Also, if the item does not have enough, it won't depleat the curent security.
If the bank has 1000 HP and your item has 900 the bank will still have 1000 afterwards.
however, if your item has 1500 and the bank has 1000 then you will get in, the bank's security will go down to 0, and your item to 500. Then a random ammount out of the 10 richest bank accounts will be taken.
There's allot of global bank accounts which are technically in every bank, so allot of the times those will be the richest. So in other words your money is rather safe in the bank compared to the wallet, especially if you split accounts in multiple ones of smaller ammounts.
To buy bank security, simply go in the manage options and right at the bottom there's an option. You can do an estimate, then if you're ready to get the security, you can uncheck the box and go for it. The curent security is displayed as well, and will go to 0 if your bank gets robbed.
Oh and somewhat unrelated, now when you create items, if the cost is more then 1 million ICs, you can create less then 5000. So you can make like 10 items that are worth allot and super powerful, instead of being forced to make 5000.
