I just did a search on Radio Shack's site for security products, and in the list there was Windows XP. :roflmao2::roflmao2::roflmao2::roflmao2::roflmao2:

Ya, I know of the best firewall out there. It's sooo good, it's bad. It's called an "akpha shield". Basically, when a hacker tries to get into your computer, it blocks your IP and temporarily disconnects from the Internet. We had it at work. It was super effective, but a pain to push the button to reactivate it every time we had an intrusion alert.

Yeah I don't understand the concept behind putting a win2k or XP machine directly connected to the internet. they are NETWORKING Operating systems! You DO NOT want to become part of the internet network directly! The flaws in xp make things worse, but even win2k directly connected is a no no, even though it's WAY more secure. (it just has horrible default settings, such as sharing the entire C drive with full access, by default). I always encourage people to use a router, and be part of your own network, that has access to the internet, and not vise versa.
