This is mostly for Timmins people unless you want to pay mega shipping. My supplier has a bunch of IBM PL machines in stock for cheap.
IBM 300PL Refurbished PC - Only $240 (my price including all taxes)
10GB IDE Hard Drive
3.5" Floppy Drive
CDROM Drive
16MB Video Card
256MB Memory
On-Board Sound.
Network Interface Card
30 Day Warranty
So if you need an old machine for router or whatever this is perfect. I'm thinking of getting one or two for myself given the price is awesome but these are very limited and maybe they're actually out by the time I got the email but I doubt it.
Just curious if anyone from Timmins wants to buy one off me since I'll order a bunch if yes. This is a sweet deal even if it's an old computer.

OMG! It's the SAME computer we use at work. SOOOO DAMN SLOW!!!! (But that's only because we're running the "premal" stuff on it. For 246$, I guess it would be worth it. I've seen good refurbished computers going for around 499$ that had twice the speed and space, but then again, that's DOUBLE the price as well. That's a pretty good deal right there. Not for a home computer (That's just dumb), but for a dedicated purpose it would be pretty nifty.

Yeah for sure, not for a home computer. (unless you run winme, since if you're going on the crappy side, might as well do so with software too)
And silly me I forgot to round off the price to $240... I had just copied and pasted it from my price calculator but I always round it off, easier to pay.
Every time I see a computer like that I think it's a server, it just has "that look".

Price watch is american though. Once the shipment makes it past the border it will cost a fortune.

LOL. Ya, damn the taxing. 240$ is half decent I say (For Timmins). And yes, it does have that "server look and feel". The one at work is passed its time, but brand new machines not ridden with spyware and viruses are good for performance.

I just thought of how cool it would look if painted black, and put a blue cold cathode light inside so you see the light coming out of the cracks.
