Very weird phantom data that I'm somehow picking up with my sound card. Not sure yet if it's air waves, or data being picked up from the mobo/sound card itself. But it sounds creepy. Almost sci-fi.
I managed to amplify it what I estimate to be a few hundred times, stuff is automaticly amplified when outputted with the line out and the phantom data also happends to go through it. From my tape recorder I recorded it using line in then amplified it some more in sound forge.
Normally I only hear this sound if my speakers are full pin. It seems to correspond with any movement I do, such as clicking something, or moving the mouse.
Very strange indeed.
