odd phone call

Had this guy that sounded really pissed that asked "can I speak to whoever is in charge of 'this website'" So I figured he meant Iceteks, first thing that popped into my head is that I was doing something illegal without knowing, or that some company decided to copy our name and trademark it. Sounded like a pist off lawyer or something about to press charges. So I asked which website, asked if it was iceteks.com and he said no. He said ICESTAR-COMPUTING.COM. Never heard of them but I did a whois lookup to tell him and he just said bye and that's it. Very weird phone call, and it sounded like someone took his favorite toy or something. 
It happened so fast though, I wish I would got more info like who he is and where he's from. Not even sure if it was local or not, it was a blocked number.
It's bugging me now, I don't know who it is and why he called me.
I'm curious.
