I'll be adding a remembrance day logo sometimes tonight, and after remembrance day is past, the christmas decorations are going up!
I switched the logo to the left, that's the standard way of doing it anyway, and now I'm just finishing off my uploads and testing to make sure it's working right, after that I'll be making a remembrance day logo. something very simple, probably just add a poppie or something.

So true, I love Christmas. Even the comercialization of it makes it fun. LOL. I can't wait to decorate this site. I plan to go overboard this year.

I know, I actually ENJOY Christmas commercials. I dunno why, probably because they're festive (And funny). Gotta love strolling around and seeing the Christmas lights too. One guy on my street goes WAYYYYY extreme with his Christmas lights. Very wickod. He's got the moving dear lights and singing wreaths as well. I always wondered what his hydro bill was.

haha I remember there used to be this house that must of had at least 50 amps worth of electric lights, assuming each light bulb is 7 watts each. I bet that hydro bill could buy some nice presents.

Hell, with the increased hydro prices, it could probably buy a couple of Corvetts. I sure hope that guy doesn't have all his lights hooked up into series. Sure, the cost goes down, but the performance does too.

Red they must start early in Canada. Here people are too busy to begin to do that stuff. I got laughed at when people saw me with christmas music.

haha. Yeah well malls do start early. Well Sears anyway, I did not notice the rest of the mall. But I say by mid november they should have the whole mall looking like christmas is next week.
But with the US elections I'm sure they might change things in the US in terms of starting Christmas so it may be later. Especially when you have people killing themselves at ground 0 over the election results.

I think it's because of Thanksgiving in the States. In the US, Christmas seems to be celbrated in late Nov, through till January because they focus more on Thanksgiving. Because we, in Canada, celebrate Thanksgiving in October, we have nothing to look foreward to in November. Thus, we prolong the season
. Not a bad thing I SAY. I usually start to think of Christmas the very next day after November 11 (Rememberance day). To me, that's when the Christmas season starts
.

Yeah true, since November does not really have anything so might as well start celebrating Christmas.
In fact if I get a chance I'll get the site's graphics ready in advance so I can do a quick swap after remambrance day. I'm wondering if I should use animated GIFs

Heck, I listen to Christmas midis even when it's NOT christmas time (Like, in may). Either I like "Sleigh Ride" a little too much, or I am just too lazy to remove it from my playlist
