Dr.Wily Mystery

Have you ever noticed that in the original NES Megaman games, whenever Dr.Wily is about to go to his laboratory in his "Single Person" ship, he always stops and hovers for a bit, then the ship opens up and he shifts his eyebrows up and down? What is up with that? Honestly. Did the creator of the game think: "You know what, let's make Dr.Wily look SUSPICIOUS in EVERY Megaman game? Or did the author of the game have something else in mind?

Well, maybe it's not life-like, acctual real time animation, but go do a better one if you want to complain

Ya, Dr.Wily is quite interesting. I don't know if he's still in the new megaman games or if he finally retired
. All I know is that it was weird that he kept coming back in every megaman game. I guess capcom had the logics to create an butt kicking array of robots but didn't have the logics to create a new vilain. Oh well, I like the original games.

In the Megaman X series (X doesn't mean 10
), the main villan is Sigma (Sigma server at college
), and he's a robot..er...Reploid (robots made to be as close to humans as possible). He wen't crazy because of a virus and bla bla bla, he keeps coming back. But it makes more sense him coming back. Although it does make sense Wily keeps coming back, after all the justice system doesn't work

What ever happened to Dr.Wily? Somebody assasinate him while he was on the crapper? Or did Sigma kill him? OMG, I didn't even realize that the server at school was SIGMA. It just dawned on me
. Hehehe, anyways, Sigma makes more sense. I mean, Dr.Wily was a brain, but one megablast shot would have finished him. Kind of dumb how megaman kept giving in to Wily's "Please, have mercy" begging.

I remember reading something about Megaman not giving Wily another chance and blasting him though....can't confirm that.

Didn't the Megaman X games take place 30 years after the other games? Maybe Dr. Willy died of old age

It was 100 years or so. From what I remember reading. And Wily might have created Zero before he died.

Dr.Wily was pretty old. I'm surprised he didn't die in jail after the sixth game. He had some gooooood robots though. If anyone knows exactly what happened to Dr.Wily, I'd like to find out. Because I'm clueless to why Sigma appears in the new games

It's a pretty easy search to find such answers. I came across so many sites with info about all the characters, that I know quite a bit with no gaming of them
. Try searching for Megaman X, or something, it wouldn't be to hard. I'd rather not try myself with now because:
1-I've already done it before.
2-Sometimes I'm just plain lazy.
3-I have to go pee

I found the quote on the site I was on earlier.
Wily, defeated once again, begged for mercy; surrendering, he promised to go quietly. But Mega Man had had enough; he powered up his Mega-buster, and, insisting that he should have done it long ago, prepared to fire at Wily. Wily balked, in good confidence that a robot could not harm a human. But Mega Man explained that he was more than just a robot. "Die!" he yelled, as he was about to blast. But right before he could fire, the ceiling collapsed, a huge chunk landing on Wily.
With Mega Man knocked back, Bass reappeared, saving his master from certain death. "He who hesitates is lost," Bass said, as he and Treble brought Dr. Wily to safety. There was no time for conversation, though, as the castle would soon fall.
