Tomorow I start college. :bsod:

Wish me luck. :D I'm sure everything will fall into place. I'm more nurvous about the getting organized part then anything so once all that is set I'll be good. The town bus schedules are pretty complicated though, so I still need to get that part figured out, so I can actually get there. It's all the way at the other end of town, not used to that since my high school used to be a block away.

Wow! Good luck! :) You better leave early or go today so you aren’t late tomorrow. :P

May your college years be fun! Too bad your parents are just a ride away though. :D

Eeh… I’ll have to start seriously looking for a university soon. It’s scary. I want to go, but I don’t want to go. Being on my own will be weird, but overall I’m looking forward to it.

Yeah I got lucky since I can stay home but still get a decent program in computer science technology. My mom wants me to go to university after, but honestly I just can't wait to get education over with and have a real life so I'll try to avoid the university part and go straight into the work force. Obviously I'll get my A+ certs and whatever is required for the jobs I'll apply for.

Good luck, Red...I'm sure you will get organized soon, the first day is always a little hectic. ;) You said you have to travel across town, how far is that?

Good question, I never really noticed how many miles it is, but I can check up for fun. Basically it's about 45 minutes away on a typical bus ride.

I'm less then an hour away from being there, just waiting for my ride, I'll worry about the bus tomorow. :P (I'm off so I can take the bus there to see how long it takes)

Just so you all know, Red made it safe and sound, I ran in to him in the hallways. I currently work at the college he's applied to, and I'll be here as an employee until tommorow when my contract ends. I'm then going to be a student in the CISCO I Networking course, too bad he won't be there until 2nd year Computer Science.

Yeah I'm safe. :P

Now I can't wait to just start the courses and that all the "startup hype" is done. :D I'll post my time table later for the fun of it, and in case I loose it or something.

Went to buy my books but my debit card limit was surpassed. So only bought a few of them. I'll go and fix that problem at the bank tomorow. :D

You should see the size of my math book. That's the only course I'm scarred of. HTML I and INTRODUCTION TO PROGRAMMING don't really scare me too much. :D We'll be learning visual basic 6.0 which I don't know, but if I learned C++ php and mysql on my own, a course will be easier to learn from. I'm just glad I'll be studying what I like!

So far it's great!

But we did not really get into actual courses yet so once we start then it will be more tough but I love the hours and all that.

mondays and fridays I finish at 12:20, while other days I have spares and and they might be moving a course on thursday, and if they do I will finish at 11:20. My latest class finishes at 3:20. It's all 50 minute periods, while some are double (2 periods the same class) so it's pretty cool. And it's all stuff I enjoy so it's not like high school where classes are boring. There's a few classes that might get boring, and there's math which will be very hard but the rest will be easy, like html, visual basic etc...
