Hi,
Hopefully someone can help.
I had a few problems with my comp and had to format hdd. I reinstalled Windows XP and tryed to install my modem (its a BT Voyager 1500 Broadband) through the USB Port and all i keep on getting is "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28 )" so I uninstalled and reinstalled it again and keep getting the same thing.
Any help from anyone will be a big help and a good starting point.

Hmm not sure, but perhaps the drivers are not compatible with XP?

You might try contacting the mfg of the modem to see if they have any suggestions. Did it work with XP before the format? You might look in Device Manager to see if anything shows there.

hmm that's cheap support. They only support the hardware but not the driver... maybe get a new modem lol. but hopefully you can get it working. Try updated drivers maybe.

You may have been to this site, it was the closest I could get. Most of the sites are just for selling the product.
