Yeah the host fubared our site again... At this very moment this site could easly be hacked because of the security holes currently exposed, such as php code not getting parsed.... thing is, everything was working fine, so whatever the host did to mess things up was not needed. I think this has to do with the server move.... again, we don't need a new server, the one we were on was fine. It did not go down in months.

I submitted a support ticket and set it as urgent. ;)

Yep. I figure why fix something that ain't broken, but we'll see what happends in the end time. I'm just not too fond of having 5 servers put into 1...
Scarry part is, I don't even think this has to do with the server move, since there's no announcement on the host about moving this server yet. they only started with others and it seems to have gone smooth so far.

What I did hear is that they tried touse suexec (again, I have no clue what this is and why they want it) and it messed things up.

Speaking of errors, all the links on the recent post page lead to the same thing.

Oh, that's good since that way I just have to wait and hope they fix it. :D Given the nature of the problem it's still odd that it's happening though.

Woah... Did I mention that the EDIT button takes you to the wrong place as well? (As I found out when I tried to edit “post” to the plural “posts” in what I quoted.)

I live off the recent posts page, and I think I will explode if they don’t fix this soon!

edit works for me.... where does it bring you?

An hour has passed since their last announcement about it being fixed in a few hours, so I'm hoping it will be fixed within this hour. Man I wish I could afford a server connection... I'd do the hosting myself. security would suck though but I'd learn quick after a few PwN4Ges :D

To bring some good news, my two complaints are no longer valid. :)

That's good to know. ;) STuff is slowly getting fixed. :D

It sucks to have no control over the server though... I'd have this fixed in less an an hour.
