oops... lotterry fixed now

there was a problem with the lottery, thanks to jryan for reporting it. 
It's now fixed. Very soon I'll be redesigning the php/mysql side of things on how this site works. It will make it easier to move the site from my server to my host and avoiding mass replacing sql host info, which was the cause of this particular incident.
