Added a better 404 page

Added a 404 page that emails me when there's a 404 link on the site, so from this point on if there's anything I missed or any bad links, they will be fixed.
I already fixed a few, mostly in posts. Compared to other sites, there's hardly ever 404's here, since I have bad links!
