When someone steals or donates from you, you should get a PM indicating so. These PMs will not cause a popup notification but will just apear in the PM box. This is because Not sure why yet but working on it. I think the PM info is located in a different table so I might require more then one query.
Right now the site is running slow again so I'm waiting to fix it since it's impossible to work when it's this slow.
