Update [June 14 07] - stat caps, poison, fukiyas and stuff

*Serpent arrow, poison spell and other uses of poison will now gain poisoning skill.
*Ranged damage is now capped at 40 (12 on full 70) and melee damage is capped at 60 (18 on full 70). This is the final damage before resists and special shot bonus are put into play. A crushing blow or concussion blow for example can go over this cap. Same with consecrate, corpse skin with poison wep, etc... This cap only applies to pvp. Please let me know if there are any major issues with this. The cap should hardly be noticable in the case of most templates.
*Hit points are now capped at 130, stamina is capped at 170, and mana is capped at 200 for players.
*Did a few minor AI enhancements mostly having to do with stealth
*Added orc choppers and orc scouts. These can drop orc bows which have higher base damage. You will find them at orc camps as I start spawning them (might have to kill stuff to make them show up). Cove is a good place to start.
*Changelings no longer change into player ghosts (though, this was rather funny)
*Infecting Strike and Serpent Arrow will now cause a slight karma loss when successfully poisoning a victim with these special maneuvers.
*Shuriken and fukiya darts now have a delay between use.
*Bows no longer drop with use best wep skill, the ones out there will remain as rare items. A new bow artifact with UBWS has been added as an AoA drop instead.
*Lot of AoAs have been modified. The AoA list is up to date with what the drops are now like. Also, leggings of the angels (doom arty) fire resist has been removed. For now the ones currently out already will remain as is, but will be changed eventually, probably in the course of the next few weeks. I will give a bit of time for everyone to adjust their suits if needed.
Please note that these changes are in effort to try and balance pvp and items as much as I can.
