Major AoA changes

I updated the AoA listings to what the new changes will be. They're not in yet, but they will go in shortly, I just want to give a chance to everyone to possibly swap their suits around or what not to fit in with the new ones. In most cases some properties were reduced or removed.
Once these go in, I won't do the global edit right away, but it will get done probably within that month.
Keep in mind theres the guaranteed arty system in place now for doom as well as AoAs so they are easier to get. The loot bump will also hopefully help new players make a half decent suit without artifacts.

IMO British Blockade and Magi collar should be made greaters and stay unchanged.

Yeah, I second that. All 3 of my mages suits have now been destroyed
Ah well, I shall adjust.
Atleast with the magi collar take away the -2 for fire and just make it 2 or 3.

So are most of mines, except I'm not bitching. I like most of the changes, but...
Why removing stam leech from jungle walkers?
Now... for a few others... Heres my suggestions:
I'd say lower physical resists from the boots of legendary construction. Why? Its a blessable and unbreakable item, and 25 phys is just too much for something made of cloth.
Wheel of Fortune = remove int bonus. I know this is mostly for tamers, but int raises damages from spells that mages cast.
Essence of Spellcasting = Reduce the mr to 2.
Arms of Perfection = Remove energy and poison resists.
And before someone comes up with some bullshit, I use all of the items above mentioned.
Tiger Teeth Earrings = Remove the DCI and int / mana bonus.
Remove the bless from Brace of Travel.
And... thats it.

Oh and no, you arent the one losing like 60hp, getting your dmg nerfed, getting your hci fucked up, whines at people who play demise and log in once in twice week to valor to do sum fun "owning". Ohh and lets not forget the other nerfs what used to be boost, mortal/disarm/stuff.
Ohh and also pretty much every piece in my suit is getting fucked up, so that i cant use the combination cause i will lack huge amounts of resist.
Now brunus, thats what bitching so now you can make your funny witty comment.

I barely use my jungle walker, how can that be bitching? I'm just asking why he removed that, seeing it used to be just 25 stam leech.

Ohh wait, could there be something personal behind this? As far as i know, gms should be the ones keeping the order, not trying to piss certain people off with their witty comments, no matter how pissed of they are by themself.
Iam just getting tired seeing "hector youre whining" "hector youre btiching" replied to every comment of me, by you or some of your friends.

The jungle walker stam leech was pretty much removed "just because", its a decent bow withuot it, and theres lot of leech items already and gives more value to looted stuff, not to mention with corpse skin it will stam people on its own. But really thats about the only reason. Just cutting off mods off some of them.
What was said makes sense about the greaters I might check into those as well and remove those properties.
And theres nothing personal against you hector it just happends this way since you happen to have the most pimped out char on the shard so the nerfs will hit harder. There are about 20 people on the entire shard with over 130 hp, and you're probably one of few archers hitting over the proposed damage cap, not only hitting over, but doubling it. Chiv archer = pvm, and unfortunately thats just how it works. Maybe you can add necro or magery to the template, or ninja, I'm sure you can improve it once the caps are in.
All this is to ensure better balance in pvp, and make it possible for new people to join and at least have a chance using their pvp knowledge of other shards, and OSI artifacts. I just don't want this to become "yet another custom shard" where everything is out of wack and people need to basically relearn UO. The arty nerfs will also give more value to ML artifacts, tots, doom arties, etc... everyone will appreciate them more once they're in, and peerless bosses will be more worthwhile to do.

This is the first time I ever say someone's bitching in the whole forum's life, if you think it was directed to you, I can do anything else lol.
I'm not bitching, I can rebuild my suits using the BRSKs I farm. And so can everyone else who got their suits "destroyed".
I just hope you realize the unique AoAs I used were cloth items, thats why 50% of my suits were finished (boots of legend constructor, as an example).
And anyways, its kinda hard to keep control when people keep taunting.

Ive done this after every nerf archers have received, ive improved my build, and always after the improving people say its oeverpowered, so it gets nerfed again. I dunno if its wrong to be able to kill mages as dexxer, but it sure as hell starts to feel like it.
just to tell few: mortal got nerfed/disarm was boosted. - i started using combosite, about disarm i tried to get dci but it didnt help at all in duel arenas(where the disarm nerf was made for, unfortunatly)
AI nerf / DCI boost / HCI nerf, all in same update - AI nerf only prevented me taking the template to maxium (using it with evil omen) but hci nerf/dci boost messed up my template big time, i wa sno longer able to take out mages with combosite, henche it being to slow.
Runic bows got removed - Luckily i was fast enough to buy one before the nerf. But it isnt the best one and currently i cant kill anyone with it and basicaly every archer is forced to use mortal. But i backed it up with huge amount of hp, decent amount of DI, spell dmg on bows and by getting my regens better, i also took vampiric embrace to my template(casted with 55necro, and now after me saying this i bet it will get nerfed so i cant do it anymore)
Anyways now, HP is getting capped, HCI is getting nerf, and Damage is getting nerf, I just have no idea how to counter them by using my ordinary template what i want to use, and what ive made to work and proved that it works, basicaly iam forced not to use my old template anymore if i wanna do something good, or i have to go to swordman which i dont want but i got my 120sms ps and claw of humus waiting for the worst.
And there wasnt all the nerfs what archers have received.
So maybe that explains why iam abit agaisnt this all. I just dont know whats the point in trying be good at soemthing when, when you get good you get pulled back.

Mortal was not nerfed and Disarm was not buffed. They were just bought back to OSI standards, thats more like a rollback, not a nerf. And I'm losing 30-40 hp, getting my HCI and etc. etc. etc. nerfed too, or didnt you notice I've been using archers lately?

Yep, and hci is actually still buffed and will remain buffed unless it becomes a huge issue, which I doubt. The whole idea of a dexxer is to actually hit stuff, and the standard hit chance does not really allow that. 45HCI 120 skill only gives you 50% hit chance but here it gives you 60. (on a person with 45DCI - most mages)

You might also consider more ways people can take out targets without resorting to mass mortal strikes and disarms.

Except some of them are still too uber, even for the odds of getting them (and the arty flood that happened a while ago).
