test server pvp publish

Please go test the new pvp publish on the test server, it includes hp cap and damage cap. I want some duels going on there with different templates to make sure the changes are adequete, I can always raise damage cap if its needed and such. I refreshed the server just now so it should be up to date with before last SW.
