thread starters get ICs for thread views

Thought of this and it's pretty cool. When someone starts a thread, they get 0.1 ICs for each view. So if very good threads are started, there's more views so more ICs for the person who started it.
This will also encourage to start more new topics.
There's just a problem and that problem is the limit that php has for number values, in fact, that limit is in probably every programming language.
In this case, I think the limit is 2147483647 which is not that big to consider what the bank's total property is.
But I'm looking into these limits and see if there's a way around it. If worse comes to worse I'll make it so everyone has less, and just make ICs worth more. For example I can give 0.5 to start a thread, 0.01 to reply and a loterry ticket can be 10 instead 100 etc... but I think were ok according to the current numbers. Everything seems to be working properly.
