So you installed the switch in a 3.5" bay? I really couldn't tell. Was there any type (noticeably large amount) of heat being radiated from the inverter or tube?

Yep, instealled on the bay. The switch just "clipped" in the hole and is holded tight the way it's made. Then the wires hook up in the back of the switch.

The heat is not too bad. There's a bit of heat, but it does not raise my cpu/mobo temps at all. It problably makes less heat then a network card. :lol:
