Take off Lower Ammo Cost please

It sucks. Eby crafted some armor and the majority of it had LAC as a mod. There are enough shitty mods, we don't need this too.

lol you're a mod? I had no idea I set you as one. LOL

And I'll see if I can remove lower ammo cost, it *IS* part of every day AoS attributes so it falls in the loot/runic category, but I could make an exeption. If I remove from runics it also removes from loot, so theres no way around that part. It's an ML thing so I can just limit it to ML/peerless artys.

I agree with DOC. It seems I get LAC a lot. And since I don't think I've ever gotten more than 9% LAC, and bolts don't cost much, it seems to be an almost useless mod.

I do, however, think that it should stay on to be mods on quivers or any future artifacts. I just find it frustrating to get it on most of the magic armor pieces I find on monsters, especially since the percentage (at least for me) has never breached 9%.

Think its capped at 10% thats why. But I'll look into removing it, and it will only apear on artifacts.

Don't get me wrong though. I like that mod. But when I'm looking through loot, I'm usually looking for high resists, MR, LRC, HCI/DCI, etc. And when that pops up, it's usually depressing because you think "That could have been x Mod."

its odd that the LAC mod seems to show up in higher intensity than other mods... If there were items dropping with consistant 90% intensity mods, then maybe the LAC would not be such a bummer.

Based on my testing with DF, lich lords, dragons and other mobs, loot will be way better after the big update thats coming and be more luck dependant. (more big in terms of code, then features, dont want to make anyone expect too much by saying big update

)
