removed guest access to cybervillage

Since the cybervillage is a user based thing (currency etc) figured I'd remove guest access instead of just having guests share the same accounts. It will hopefully encourage people to join. ;)

Also, for some reason the lottery bank account was with the guests account enough though the ID is not 0 for lottery... so that's not good. :lol:

So guests must now register to use the cybervillage.
