Anything Forums

I made the article script more spider friendly (for google to list it and such) and as well as many sections of the forum. The forum was already covered because of the sitemap, but I extended this by making topic links spider friendly. I hope this won't affect browsing speed, but so far so good at my end. It involves a location redirect in every url. But I only did it to the most important stuff like topic views, forum views etc... I did not touch stuff like the calandar or member profiles.
