Does anyone know of a program that runs on linux as well as win32 like SETI? I wanted to make a team for my world chaos forum for seti since that was the only one I knew of that ran on linux. Some of my members got weary about seti having a .scr file (hackable) so they do not want to run it.

Im looking for something like UD, but UD isn't cross platform yet.

And chances are it never will be. They are a little stuburn in that department. The request has been made many times and it's always the same reply that they don't plan to make one.

I find seti is sort of pointless, it's not like it's doing much good, but I think there's another program called TSC that runs on linux, but not sure if it's cross platform or not.

usually, if something runs on linux, you can be almost sure that it runs on windows as well. My install of Winxp or 2000 goes well, I might try running a virtual machine in a 3rd desktop and see if that kills my machine... if not, Ill run UD then.
