New security script

This was done later than I figured, but it was simply because it was more work and I added more features than intended.
This is the script that logs various things, checks security status of each connection and also logs information that can be interesting to know. We don't resell this information in anyway but keep it to ourselves, this is info such as where people come from, browsers, IPs, time etc.... but lets me go in details more.
This will not really affect viewing in anyway, but if you see any parse errors anywhere please let me know. Also, if you encounter something strange, let me know as well.
