Remade Css

I remade the CSS for the site so the colors are hopefully better. There was a few people who mentioned it would burn their eyes, to me it was fine but maybe my eyes are just less "burn proof". LOL

Oh. No changes to the forum today.
Well I did a little something in the templates, but it's too minor to even start an "update" thead about it. I just changed a return sequence at some place, nothing too exciting.
