Update [May 29 07] - Fixed a few spells and stuff

*Fixed arcane circle - Focus level actually goes up if more people are standing with you, with a limit of level 5. You can get level 6 if you go in the arcane circle in prism of light or sanctuary. I will try to figure out the teleports for prism of light as they are not set properly right now, but that circle should be accessable, if not the one in sanctuary is accessable, that I know.
*the extra damage of immolating weapon no longer ignores armor when using the armor ignore special shot. (you will get your regular 35, then 10 or so fire damage from immolating wep, not double 35)
*I decided NOT to make reaper form speed forced as walk. The proceedure to do this is too easy to circumvent as the movement speed is client side, so theres no point.
*Grim reaper's strike will no longer be usable if you are standing in a town region (before it used to just not summon, but still use charges/mana)
*Fixed staff of moses, it now properly checks static/map tiles rather then relying on z index and map tiles. It now works in ilshenar or any other water body you can find, exept for dungeons as it is disabled there
*Added rideable polar bears. I will be spawning them in dagger ilse and other ice places (exept for ice dungen - bears in a dungeon just seems... odd) I will also be adding an ethereal on the donation page.
*Fixed display of donation ethereals. Custom labels dont seem to work properly if they are placed under or near the name, so I made it use a cliloc that is simply "$VAR : $VAR2" to get around the issue.
