My computer produces lot of heat, so I think I will turn it off durring these hot nights to let the room cool down a bit, so this should give everyone else a chance to catch up with me. :yo:

Me it's wierd, my Pc puts off more heat than anything, and what causes this heat is not my CPU, but rather my Power supply. It gets so hot! I probably need a more powerful one since I'm probably too close to comfort as to overloading it. It would have to be the same physical size though, that's the trick. I had a friend that bought a micro atx to replace his existing one, and there's this big gap because the one he bought was smaller!

I think for a while I will turn off all DCing projects from my PC, my CPU was running at 70C earlyer. Now it's at 60C. I also downclocked a bit.

How much is 70C in F? I can't keep up with all that C & F stuff!

No comments from the peanut gallery either! :roflmao2:

If you're o'cing, no wonder you're burning up!

Nope, never OC'ed the thing, it's the default setting. :P

I tried to overclock it to like 500Mhz but, it did not let me. Imagine the nice temps I'd have with that. :P

Around 186F which is 86C, but at 70, it's time to consider to do something. :)

Now I'm running at 52C, which is 127F. I would need thermal paste though, it would help.

Yep, that's why I'm not that much of an extreme overclocker. Setting it back to default is a big overclock success to me. :roflmao2:

Not bad, about the same here too. It rained though, but now it's back to heat, with an added touch of humidity to make things worse!

We are seriously thinking of getting central air, my mom asked me if I would mind to cancel the summer trip to Canada's Wonderland to get central air, and I said no. I really want to go, but I also want Central air, I can go another year. :)
