Canada has decided to legalize gay and lesbian marriges.

That's just sick. First it's pot, now this, what next? I don't know why they waste time legalizing stuff, it does not make any sense!

That is an ugly prime minister.... :roflmao2: :roflmao2: :roflmao2:

Anyway, I think it is great that homosexuals can finally marry. They should have had this much earlier. :)

With its use of SI and its bilingualism (Red's a prime example of that!), I already thought Canada was a great place, but now it has gotten even better!

I hope I am not the only one here in support of this. I know Wldkos would be, but I don't know if he will see this thread.

LOL that's a funny pic of him.

I guess it's all an issue of rights, but homosexuality is just wrong. It's not something "you're born with" but rather something that a good counselor could change. It's bioligicly impossible to reproduce unless the two sexes are involved and marriage is to start family, not just to be together, but being together is one of the major parts of marriage.

Can't forget the positive things of Canada of course, SI etc.

That honestly disturbs me. A good counselor couldn't make a heterosexual become a homosexual, so how could a counselor do the opposite? B) You speak of homosexuality as if it is a problem. It's not in my opinion. It's just different. Just because it's different doesn't make it wrong.
marriage is to start family
No, it's not. A marriage is for two people to express their love for each other.
Can't forget the positive things of Canada of course, SI etc.
Celine Dion..... :yo: :angelic: :P :D

never thought of that, if Bush was our PM, we'd always be going to war. (then again, we would actually own army tanks and military grade machine guns :roflmao2: )

Personally I think its a good thing. I mean if you can find someone that you love and makes you happy, then far be it for me to say it's wrong, heterosexual or homosexual. And if marriage is what they want, I can see no reason to deny them.

Homosexuality and bisexuality is nothing new, look it up it goes back throughout history. Even Roman emperors who could have any woman they wanted [and often did] were known to have a few men as well. I'm not going to give a speech on this though cause I not the best person to do it.

Anyway, I think it's a step in the right direction, and wish the US would do something similar, but hell we're still using the English system of measurement, that's how open to change we are. That and we got a lot more right wing religious fanatics over here.
