Did I mention that Mozilla recently had a conference in Tokyo? That is great! I love Japan!
Another plus for Mozilla....

If they had it in the Shinjuku area, it is another plus! If they have a conference there again when I live there, they get 45 pluses! :roflmao2: :roflmao2:

you know takahita_tsukino....do you just chill on these forums everyday and all day?.........you know do you have any work, any school........I'm kinda slacking off my homework and going for these message boards.......most likely on weekends, like today, and tommorrow is memorial day........but I still got a s***load of work.......but then again.....I have a rep. for doing quite fine in school, so if the assignment was linent......I can zip my mouth out of it.........the only problem comes when my parents are checking to see if I do my homework........that's when the problem starts and ends........ you?

Mozilla is a good browser but Opera is my first choice for many reasons. And Yes, there is a reasonable registration fee to remove the ads but you can use it as long as you like to find out whether it will work for you or not.
Much stronger built-in DL manager, proper mouse gestures (which can be added very easily in Moz), and the hotlists are some og the things I prefer.

I like mozilla. It's fast, it's skinnable, it has a great mail client with awesome junk mail filtering, lots of ad ons and extra features if you want em, a cool mascot :), and it' absolutely free, as in speech and as in beer.

I am on here (and two other forums) a lot. It hasn't impacted my life because I know how to manage my time efficiently.

I sometimes get caught up in these forums though and then scramble to get the assignment finished. My parents never check on me, so that isn't a problem either. :)

I also have a reputation for doing well in school, and I have won many honours for it, so I will not let forums and the Internet slow me down.

I don't care about that. :P None of those features would be useful to me. :P

Mozilla has a composer too.... B)

I don't see why a browser would need to have "alliances" with other companies.... :grade11math:  That actually sort of scares me.... :o

Actually, I don't see many add-ons for Opera, but I see A LOT of them for Mozilla.... :P

As for skinning, yeah it's true--both Opera and Mozilla have it....

I personally didn't like the Opera Mail software....

Opera's mascot seems to just be a letter! :roflmao2: :roflmao2: At least we have something "cool"! :P

I think Opera isn't completely free because you have to pay to get rid of the ads. Mozilla has NO ads!

Mozilla has a mascot.......which is cool........fine...but that had nothing to do with browsing performance....

opera's email client isn't cool...............false......It's filters and it built right into the browser.....

opera doesn't have a lot of addons.................false...you just haven't checked.......besides many of the addons Mozilla had already come equipped with Opera.....

opera isn't really free.................false, ad support there.......and besides it isn't annoying and it's a great piece of software so you should pay for it..........freeloader.

+'s

Opera has a translation feature, you can translate text in ewb page from italian to english, german to english, and with spanish, portugeese, and vice versa

Opera has a hotlist, where you can add buttons, a daily news panel, bookmarks, which display the site in them, and a transfer manager, in which youcan stop and resume downloads, Mozilla doesn't have that does it? hehhahahahewhhahahe

opera can even use third-party download mangers to work with it, like go!Zilla! and NetAnts + more of them

Opera is lighter, than Mozilla and it's Firebird:
Opera 7.11 - 3.1Mb
Firebird 0.6 - 6.8Mb

You can do that with Mozilla too! :P I am using Star Downloader....

If I wanted Opera's ads or features, I would be using Opera. The fact is I don't. I love Mozilla. It is the perfect browser for me, and no one will tell me otherwise! :P

/too bad you only seemed to attack one of pluses/

no, you really like opera, you just were ignorant, and didn't realized you liked, and you starting defending mozilla, and then when you tried opera, you realized you lked, but are now too cowardly to chance your stance, and prove to yourself and others you were wrong. :P

Besides.....you maybe using opera.........how do I know you're not?
