http://www.pg.com/products/pg_products.jhtml!!!

Who says Microsoft is bad? P&G are a monopoly when it comes to animal killing! I bet they will start buying out all the slaughterhouses too! lol

Here's a brief list of more common stuff, but that list has it all:

Always
Bounce
Bounty
Camay
Cascade
Charmin
Cover Girl
Crest
Dryel
Febreze
Finess
Head & Shoulders
Iams
Infusium
Ivory
Luvs
Mr. Clean
Olay
Old Spice
Pampers
Pantene
Pepto-Bismol
Pringles
Sunny Delight

And many more!

That really sucks since by looking at that, it makes me realize how much of our money is going to P&G. The best thing is to make them stop, but being a big company they don't care if we just tell them, it requires boycotting. Maybe if I slowly convince my mom to switch from certain products to others... but my parants don't really care about this stuff unfortunatly.

Oh, and feel like you should complain to P&G?

(click on the "email" tab)

Go nuts, anyone, email them and tell them to stop. It probably works better if you are kind about it.

http://www.pginfo.net shows you what they do!

Now it is. :)

Did you happen to send them mail through that form I said?

I just clicked on continue and it showed YOUR email!

Now I'll have to send them an email about their unsecure form!

Yes, I sent an email. Put fake info in the form though, except for the email.

Did it happen to be a hotmail? (it's the only info I seen though, so that's good).

I think it had to do with the link I posted, when you click on "email" it probably generates this unique url, that's a bad setup. This could be used for spam, I could use that url and keep hitting refresh and get people's email and make a list, heck, a bot could be made to do it! I of course would not do that, and I'll wait till it gets done and that they sue the company.

It was Hotmail...figured I'd get spammed anyway. They wanted name, address, and phone number.

Still skeptical about that form though.

Can't remember but it was something funny. I small screen popped up and wanted me to register something...closed it and there was an icon on the taskbar with a running program that showed up in task manager. From what I could tell it was spyware.

Hmm, most likly caused from a joke link or something. It's happened to me before, once on a Tripod page it was something in the tripod ad that installed an active X virus that was caught by my A/V! Anyway, I'm going to bed for today, see you tomorow. ;)

I got a reply from P&G.

Thanks for contacting Procter & Gamble about product safety testing. I'm happy
to share some information about our program.

The finished formulations in our non-food and non-drug products are no longer
tested on animals. We've been able to reach this milestone by working with
other companies, universities, and respected animal rights groups to develop
non-animal alternatives and get these alternatives accepted by government
agencies that review product safety.

Our investment of nearly $160 million in alternatives is a good one: the use of
animals is avoided and alternatives usually cost less and take less time. Even
when we come across a totally new ingredient or technology we're able, in most
cases, to use existing safety information and non-animal tests to prove safety.
If we come across a situation when even the most advanced alternatives available
can't prove the safety of a new ingredient, we may have to rely on a minimal
amount of animal research to make sure the ingredient is safe for human use. In
these rare times, we design the tests to minimize stress to the animals. All
animals are under the care of a veterinarian and our labs consistently exceed
the standard of care set by the American Veterinary Association.

I appreciate your interest in this important issue. For additional information

Interesting. I did not get a reply, but I'm thinking they might of got my email under your address, did it show the original message in the email?

I'm curious to know if that is true or not, it might be as the sites I found the info on were last updated in 98, so it could very well be possible that they did change. I hope so.

Not sure, I'll wait I guess. Mine was very long too, and I still have the word version as I had saved it just in case, and to do the spell check. It's 1 page and a half. :roflmao2: That's a brief explaination of why I think they should stop. :P

We had a debate in my class for this and I did pretty good. I spoke for like 5 minutes, we HAD 5 minutes. :P
