I'm hosting a house design contest, I will give everyone till the last day of June to submit their house. To enter, simply post a screenshot/location of your house in this thread. Voting will be done by everyone. Once the contest is over I will start a poll at the forum where everyone can vote on the best house.

Rules:

-The house must exist on this shard and be a player built house (no staff made buildings).
-Only one house per person.


The prizes will be:

1st: choice of 1 demitel,gaunt artifact ,tot, AoA or minor arty
2nd: choice of 1 tot, AoA or minor arty
3rd: choice of 1 minor arty

All 3 winners will also get a filled spellweaving book and 1mil gp

I'm not sure how voting will work, but I want to find a way so everyone can vote once. I might make a poll or something at the end.

i cant wait to see the houses.. i dont have enought items to make my house look good enough or the time and thought to do houses ive always sucked hehe.. but i know a few houses already look pretty cool so good luck everyone =]

Ok, this is my house. I don't know if interior decorations apply to this contest, but if they do, I'm screwed. I do plan on decorating someday, as soon as I get the items I want to decorate it.

The house is located just north-west of the Trammel-Britain Moongate. It's open to the public if you want to come have a look around.

Well, decoration is technically part of the house's design, what we will NOT focus arround is artifacts and such, but just decent decoration in general.

Okay heres my house, i didnt have enough gold to make it 'live' so theres only the design no deco, nothing to distrubt your eye.

Its just outside luna south gates and its before that bagball area, it has giant finnish flag next to it, hard to miss.

That's a damned fine house Finlander. I especially like the trees. For some reason, I get a vague reminder of the Abbey in Yew. Except it's not made of cold, grey stone.

call me nostalgic, but I am going old school on my house design. It might not be as big as the other entries, but its home. Home is where the heart is, and this little house has a big heart!

Here is my new house. I built it specially for the design contest. Its my first attempt at doing the tower design. Hopefully the pictures do a good job of showing how tall the house is. It is located north of minoc, by where you enter t2a. It is in trammel.

it wasn't easy, mostly because it was my first time trying to do it. There was a lot of 1 tile customization, then commit, look at it, then customize again.

Dearly beloved, we are gathered here to witness the complete mutilation and death of all who enter. As the way of the Shadowlords will spread throughout the land of Sosaria, like the great plague set down by Moses himself. This fortress has been constructed to show off the power and strength of all Shadowlords, and to show that all who walk in our paths, will be DESTROYED! MUAHAHAHA!!

My name is Kenneth Kaniff (From Conneticuit), and I am a villianous, murdering, torturing bastard. One from which, you will never have an escape. I hope your stay at my Fortress is a painful one. Muaha!

I shall now begin the tour. In the first image below, you will see nothing but skeletons, instruments of death, and my personal favourite, BLOOD! Blood spilt by innocent men and women, who just happened to be in the wrong place, at the wrong time. They were cast into the cages, only to be mutilated by myself, or a great beast, handpicked by the Leaders of the Shadowlords:



This next image, shows the simple storage room, and smithy area of the Shadowlords. For any ally who wishes aid, or supplies, they may simply request it. However, if ANYONE dares to let their hands so graciously slip into these chests without the request to a leader, their hands will be SLICED from their wrists, and then sewn onto their HEADS so that all can see they defied those who befriended them.



Ah yes, the Alliance Hall. This is the place where us leaders really get our superior brains flowing. The alliances of the Shadowlords, will meet here, and discuss all our various plans. Whether we are dispersing of stolen, looted, or found, goods. Or planning our next attack on an innocent group of unknowing soon to be decapitated people, this is where that happens.



And finally, the proud line of defence for the fortress. The only two of their kind. The powerful Shadow Canons!! They will blast through the thick of concrete, or the thin of human flesh, to achieve their goal, which is, COMPLETE DESTRUCTION! MUAHAHAHAHA.
