Forum Links On Home Page

I just added the forum links on the home page so it makes it easier to get to stuff from there. 
Guests get this nasty 120 second flood control on the links powered by the search engine, but that is to avoid bots and stuff.
Later on I might make it so the log in and register link check the cookie and if it detects that the user is logged in it won't show it. I might even make a welcome message but I think that would require mysql code... the home page is already slow enough without that!
