Every so often (always at this time of the day) I go to the home page and it looks like this, and it just sites there. In IE, it just shows the background and the rest does not load.

Anyone else getting this problem?

There's nothing I can do about it though. This is php/html, it can't get any simpler then that. It's not like I can "enhance" it. It just crashes like that all the time. Reminds me of what it used to do in Opera, it used to load all the sections seperated and I had to hit refresh a few times. I hope no one else is getting this problem... if you do, just let me know and let me know what browser you use. All I know is that the site does not work in IE at all...

I deleted my screenshot because it was too big....

But, I don't get what you get with IE or Mozilla.

As a matter of fact, the exact page appeared in both IE and Mozilla.

It all loaded, but there were errors....

Yeah, now it's doing that as well. I did not even touch nothing and yet those mods decided to stop working. I just don't get it anymore. It's pissing me off. I mean, this is only php and html, it's simple. It's not suppost to just fail for no reason,

Hmm, I really don't know what's going on. It's a piss off. Just if I could meet that person who reported my server - in person, me and him only, in the same room. By the time I'm done, I'd be the only living creature around.

Ok, I just went and watched tv for a while...NYPD Blue, my favorite show. Thought things might straighten out after a while. Everything works, but it takes a long time for a post to show up.

Yeah, and the home page is still erroring out. I just put a message on it for now. I was thinking of referring my website customers to this host if I make their website, but nevermind, it will make me look bad, because all those errors. Though it's only mysql stuff that's doing that though. File databases are going strong. If you view the articles (http://www.iceteks.com/articles.htm) everything is driven by file database and it's fast.

For each article entry, it actually has to open, read, close a file!

Everything works normally until you type your reply...when you hit add reply, that's where I get the white screen and after a while the post will show. I have not seen any errors though.

Yeah, it's any time it views a topic. There's some SQL thing having to do with topics that is slowing things down. The home page slow down is the 10 last topics script failing, and also the online users one.

I will try to program a mod that will automaticly update a FILE database with that information, that way when the home page loads, it won't need to use the SQL. The forum topic view will still be slow - but it won't affect the home page.

This is just insane. It's been on for over an hour. I submited my review to warp2search, I hope this insanity stops by the time they post it. This will be bad advertizing for me if people come and it's slow like this.

I just got rid of the latest post mod. That's what was causing it. I still don't know why. It suddently stopped working, then worked again, and now this morning it was not working. I still think it's the host doing something... "fixing" things...

I am currently reinstalling the software, so I hope it will fix the problem, but in an other way, I hope it does not, since it will immediatly tell me that it's the server. But I still don't get why it's only topic opening that is so slow...

Hmm, the installation of the other board seems to be fast. I'm starting to wonder if we got hacked....

If we did, it's not like I can know the IP either, it's not my server.

But I'm pretty sure I know who would of done that.... a specific forum, the same one that hacked PC411's database....
