spellweaving [complete]

I'm currently applying a spellweaving system into place, the problem is, its not my code, and is based on a later SVN, and what they seem to like doing in RunUO is changing stuff around so I have a feeling this won't go in as is, I'll have to do lot of fixing around and recode some stuff most likely.

Once I get it to compile will just be the thing to research all the spells and make sure they are working properly, and then fully test it and release. Don't expect it to be in any time soon though, but maybe it will go smoother then I'm expecting.

It's coded and compiled, I'll simply have to test it now, I'll need help for this part, specially if any of you play on osi.

For those of you who play demise let me know if anything on there is too gimp or imbalanced, wether or not its as per osi, I'll change it here, if theres anything gimp. Demise used the same script package as I used (I'm like 80% sure on this) so any Demise issues will probably exist here if I don't fix them. Dryad alure currently lets you tame almincrus, and probably other bosses, so that will be fixed for sure. Suprisingly does not work on coon. now THAT would be fun. "all kill" WTF COON!

And no, I'm not removing spell damage delays, I have no clue what they were smoking when they did that. lol

Some good progress tonight on fixing up spells. All in all, most seem accurate. A few cast speed values were off so I fixed them, any skills that require 0.1 I set to 0.0, as there is no way for a vendor to train spellweaving, becuase the context menu is stringly clilloc based (local text strings) and there is no clilloc for the string "train spellweaving". I'm guessing that on OSI there is a quest that raises your spellweaving so you can start training. I'm not getting into quests any time soon. Out of all things, those are probably the most complex/tedius to code.

Also, spellweaving will be like chiv, casts at 4/6, but if you have 70 magery or more, its 2/6.
