This *should* Be Non Service Affecting

I'm now playing around with skins more and trying stuff, but it should not affect anyone. I just had a success at making another skin work even with the quick reply (was having problems with it) and I also fixed another problem that was preventing me from modifying skins more.

Now that I got both these problems fixed, I'll start deciding on colors and actual style. I will most likely base it on the IBF default, but I'll try to add more cool effects and stuff. For example, on top of "windows" I want to put snow and icecles drifting, stuff like that. If anyone has ideas keep me posted and I'll see how I can add it.
