There seems to be a problem with polls where it shows a message that you don't have permission. So everyone try to vote and let me know if it's working properly. It will also give me an idea if it only affects a certain usergroup.
Yeah yeah I know, this poll does not make sense, it does not matter what you vote, just try it out and reply what the real answer is.

Hello!! I keep trying to use the "Reply to this topic" button, which gives an error on the polls. Just use the "Reply" button.

Ohhh I see now. So you chosed the poll option and then clicked the "reply to this topic" button and got the BSOD error, did it say "you must enter a topic"? That bottom button is for the quick reply box only.
For a normal reply you need to click the reply button then you get access to smilies and everything.
I think we worked out the culpit. Some of the errors were also miss configuration in the ACP. It should all work now.

The "Reply to this topic" button gave the error that I didn't have permission to reply to the topic.
