Mods Or Skins?

For a while we've been running with only one skin, and I'm planing on making (once I can know how lol) a skin that will be similar to the new layout that I'll soon make for the site. Unfortunatly, most mods require to edit skins, so if we have 10 skins, I need to install the mod 10 times! That get's extreemely long and ends up causing problems.
So it's weather we have lots of mods, or lots of skins.
I'll let everyone vote on this.
If we go with more skins, I might still install mods, but it will only be on the default skin.

Mods are fine, skins, I don't worry about.

The quick reply is cool, but I don't see any selectable smilies. Can you put them in with the quick reply?
Also, I don't see how I can quote a whole post besides using those quote tags....

Yeah if you want to use smileys you need to do a normal reply, it's just to save loading time for each topic, but after a while you will get to know the codes for smileys, I try to make them pretty simple.
The quote is another issue, I'd like to get around into fixing that, the quick reply mod probably got rid of it.
I might replace this skin as it has lot of mistakes - only noticable in IE though (the "done by with errors" and the "runtime error") but I might just wait till I design my own skin. Whenever that will be.
I want to base it on my new site layout, that would be cool.
